Thankyou so much all you amazing parents for the gifts the staff have received at the end of term. Overwhelmed at the generosity you have shown 🎁
The saddest of days saying goodbye to all our leavers and particularly tough to say goodbye to our beloved preschool space at Broomhaugh. It has not been easy to say goodbye but we have done it. Words that have helped ‘just rip off the plaster’ and that’s how I (Ruth) closed the gate for the last time today. I’m unbelievably grateful for all the helpers who have volunteered to dismantle and finish the clearing over the next couple of weeks (and put up sheds etc) and I’m really sorry not to be there to help but that’s a little too much prolonged agony for me. I am over the moon to instead be remembering the countless happy joyful moments with all the children and families who have been shaped by the special place we all created and I’m moving forward to put all my energy into the next space we will occupy. The magic will continue !!! 💖✨✨✨✨✨💖
How I have described the feeling to people “it’s much like spending 8 years building a house and then being asked to smash it all up with a sledgehammer”
See you all in September at the Spinney gate for adventure number 2. Stand by for email updates once I get the lap top plugged in (electricity switched off today!)
We felt like this at Christmas when we left our site, but its been a great move and we are all happy, so fingers crossed you find the same once your settled! Good luck with the next chapter and enjoy your holidays xx

The best memories, place and staff for my 2 boys!! They loved every second of the place and I am forever grateful. Me mark and the boys are around to help with the move 🥰 anything we can to help. Ruth Brown xxx
